Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
In earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from all evil,
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
Forever, amen.

(Florence: "Once upon a time, there was a little duck, and he walked way far out in the woods because he lived alone, and he one time decided that he would climb up in a tree and make himself a house. So he did, and the next morning he woke up and got ready to eat breakfast, and he went around and got some coconuts and started to eat them. And a old bad wolf came by, and tore up all the coconuts and left him without any breakfast. And he said, "Oh, me, now what shall I do for some breakfast." So he went down to visit his pig's house and asked for breakfast. He gave him a dish of breakfast.
She went out in the woods, and old tiger ate up the breakfast and the plate, too! And they didn't know what to do, because they'd eaten up so many things that they just didn't know what to do. They just turned somersaults and almost swallowed their teeth. And they took some, . . . oh, grasshoppers, and they ate them. But there was a leg sticking up, and he had his mouth open; the tiger ate it up. Ate the leg up. And he pulled the grasshopper out. And the next morning he woke up for tea; he wanted some tea. Now he just didn't know what to do.
Flap, flap, flap, flap, flap. Well, well, well. Mrs. Teadrop had nothing to do at all. What Mrs. Teadrop did was she got some baking cookies, and she swallowed them and the pan, too. And she got some mixed cheese and swallowed the paper and all. And all while the cheesers, the makers, the bakers, had turned that place over slow. They had Mr. Cheese, Mr. Bread, and Mr. Hopskit. And Mr. Hopskit hop, hop, hopped. And they had some Peepiedie. And Mrs. Peepiedie turned a somersault and pulled somebody's hair. And so they had the time of their lives. They . . . and cooked him and mixed him all day long.
After a while, after Mrs. Duck and all of them got in their bed, that night they went to sleep and got up the next morning and lived happily ever after.)
